olumes have been written about President Muhammadu Buhari's presidency, but one of the most disturbing accusations that have been levied against this administration is the existence of a cabal that runs the government from behind the scene for egocentric purposes. This cabal has Mamman Daura (the president's nephew) as its head. One will not be totally surprised to this ugly development, especially if one recalls that during Buhari's Military rule, his deputy Tunde Idiagbon (late) was the de facto president, while Buhari was largely ceremonial. But this is democracy and a resort to a gang government to the detriment of the well being of the masses that voted during the elections is unacceptable and must be resisted by every well meaning Nigerian.
